Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation
