Job Title: Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via phone to sell products/services

2. Meet sales targets and conversion rates

3. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs

4. Provide product information, address concerns

5. Handle objections, close deals

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, persuasion skills

2. Sales experience (preferably telesales)

3. Product knowledge (optional but beneficial)

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
