Job Summary

Ckers Finance is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive for our Okhla Phase 1 location. The candidate will be responsible for selling Motor, Vehicle, and Commercial Vehicle Insurance over calls. This is a complete inside sales role with no field work involved.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales by calling existing and potential customers.

Sell Motor Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Commercial Vehicle Insurance policies.

Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

Handle objections and close sales effectively.

Maintain proper follow-ups with interested leads.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales or Collection Process.

Good communication skills in English (mandatory).

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of motor/commercial vehicle insurance will be preferred.
