We are hiring energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Professionals for our New Delhi office. If you have strong communication skills and experience in telesales — especially in the Ayurveda industry — this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-growing organization.

💰 Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC (Based on experience)

🗣 Language Requirement Hindi & English (Good communication skills required)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 calls per day

• Minimum 2 hours talk time daily

• Convert at least 60% from allocated data

• Handle doctor onboarding & order booking

• Increase average order value by 20% monthly

• Maintain proper records of conversations

• Resolve customer queries professionally

• Build long-term relationships with customers

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• 2–3 years experience in Telecalling / Telesales

• Ayurveda industry experience preferred

• Computer knowledge required

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Able to handle pressure and feedback
