Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Experience of working on Indiamart
• Generate new leads and onboard new customers
• Promote company products (leggings, palazzos, t-shirts, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Order Management

• Take orders from clients and ensure timely processing
• Follow up on pending orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse/production team

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

4. Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Maintain records of visits, orders, and collections
• Update CRM or sales tracking system
