Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and hardworking Telesales + Social Media Executive who can handle daily customer calls, follow-ups, lead management, and basic social media posting for our brands.

You will be responsible for converting enquiries into sales and uploading regular posts/reels on Instagram/Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Telesales & Customer Handling

• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries from Instagram/Facebook.
• Explain product details, offers, pricing, and close sales.
• Follow up with pending leads and convert them.
• Maintain customer data in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with dispatch team for orders.

🔹 Social Media Posting

• Upload daily posts, product photos, stories, and reels provided by the team.
• Write simple captions and add hashtags.
• Reply to comments & DMs.
• Maintain consistent posting schedule.
• Report daily engagement and enquiry data.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Confident in talking to customers.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to post content / handle simple captions.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
