Job Title: Telesales / Telecalling Executive

Location: Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

• Call existing and potential customers regularly
• Explain our eyewear products and brand in a clear and convincing way
• Follow up on leads and pending inquiries
• Build strong relationships with retailers and customers
• Help customers in product selection and order coordination
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up data
• Support the sales team in increasing repeat orders
• Handle basic customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with internal team for order updates and customer support
• Work with focus on sales, follow-up, and brand awareness

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in speaking on calls
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Organized and disciplined in follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp/email is a plus
