Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities – SalesHandle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website).
  • Explain maternity, baby, newborn & family photography packages clearly.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Upsell premium packages & add-ons (albums, reels, luxury setups).
  • Maintain daily follow-ups with warm and hot leads.
  • Coordinate with studio manager for shoot dates & availability.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities – Office ActivitiesMaintain client records (name, contact, package, shoot date, payment status).
  • Update lead status in CRM / Excel / ERP system.
  • Send package PDFs, invoices, and confirmation messages.
  • Coordinate with photographers, editors & studio team.
  • Track advance payments & balance follow-ups.
  • Assist in walk-in client handling at the studio.
  • Support basic Instagram & WhatsApp broadcast activities (sending offers).
  • Ensure smooth pre-shoot & post-shoot coordination with clients.
  • Skills RequiredStrong Hindi communication (English basic).
  • Confident, polite & convincing personality.
  • Experience in sales / telecalling / studio sales preferred.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, basic computer work.
  • Ability to handle clients emotionally (pregnant moms & families).
  • Target-oriented mindset.
