We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales or qualified leads.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products or services and their benefits to customers
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Good communication skills (in Hindi and/or English)
• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but freshers can also apply
• Must be target-oriented and result-driven
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.)
