As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by effectively communicating with our diverse clientele and promoting our products/services.,

Key Responsibilities:,.Make outbound calls to prospective customers.,.Provide information about our products/services and address customer inquiries.,.Follow up with potential customers to maintain relationships and close sales.,.Document all call information accurately in our database.,.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets as set by the team leader.,Requirements:,.Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing .,.Excellent communication skills.,.Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not required.,.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.,.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.,.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
