Telesales Executive

 Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects. The role involves generating leads, providing information, resolving queries, and promoting products or services while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Generate and qualify leads; update CRM or call logs accurately.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication manner at all times.
• Follow scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines set by the company.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions or upsell/cross-sell products.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Collect and record feedback to help improve customer experience.
