• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and existing data.
• Explain real estate project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects accordingly.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up regularly, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Address customer queries and objections professionally to drive conversions.
