Job Title: Telesales Executive – Loan Process

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers who have already applied for loans. The role involves speaking with interested customers, explaining loan details, and convincing them to proceed further in the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have already shown interest or applied for a loan

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and next steps clearly

• Convince and guide customers to complete the loan process

• Collect and verify basic customer details

• Follow up with customers to ensure application completion

• Maintain call records and customer feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English 

• Ability to convince and build trust with customers

• Basic knowledge of loans (Personal, Business, Home, etc.) is a plus

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling is an advantage
