Job Description

  1. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  2. Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell [products/services].
  3. Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  5. Organize and track sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Generate monthly revenue of Rs. 3 Lakh.
  8. Conduct a minimum of 3 face-to-face meetings with clients at their office or facilitate 5 online meetings daily. 
  9. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
  10.  Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  11. Attain sales objectives via telesales, with the possibility of additional hours and weekend shifts if targets are not met.
  12. Give demonstrations to clients, explaining the benefits of our services and generating sales.
  13. Ensure client satisfaction, project performance, renewals, add-on service sales, and upgrades to fulfil your monthly sales targets. Achieving sales targets is mandatory.
  14. Coordinate the project needs between the client and the Technical/SEO/Content Team
  15. Client satisfaction and retention are your main job responsibilities.
  16. Need your prompt revert on team group chats and client chat or mail. 
  17. Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships based on trust and effective communication.
  18. Client Needs Analysis: Understand and document the client's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
  19. Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop customized digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the client's goals.
  20. Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are on track, on schedule, and within the allocated budget.
  21. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and any necessary adjustments.
  22. Problem Solving: Address client concerns and issues promptly, finding solutions and working to resolve challenges that may arise during campaigns.
  23. Client Education: Educate clients about digital marketing strategies, trends, and industry best practices, helping them understand the value of the services provided.
  24. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement, and relay this feedback to the marketing team.
  25. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or cross-selling complementary products to existing clients.
  26. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  27. Contract Renewals: Work on contract renewals and contract extensions, ensuring client retention and expanding the scope of services as needed.
  28. Client Retention: Develop strategies to maintain high client retention rates by ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.
  29. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide clients with insights and recommendations.
  30. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to improve effectiveness.
  31. Adaptability: Adapting to changes in the market, customer preferences, and company strategies to remain effective in the sales role.
  32. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  33. Product Knowledge: Staying well-informed about the company's products or services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
