Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan offerings, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products

Explain features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation for loans

Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally

Follow up with interested customers and close sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records and call reports

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
