Job Description
- Connect with interested business customers through outbound and inbound calls
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable IndiaMART products and services
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Update call details and customer information in the CRM system
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
- Eligibility & Skills6 months to 5 years of experience in Telesales / Voice Process (mandatory)
- Graduates in any discipline (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in Kannada
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools
- Must have an Android smartphone
