Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and retailers to promote Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.
-Explain product details, benefits, and usage in a clear and convincing manner.
-Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
-Handle inbound customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability.
-Maintain customer database (CRM) with updated information and follow-up schedules.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales.
-Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional offers and campaigns.
-Provide feedback to the management about customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field (Background in Ayurveda/Pharma/Healthcare preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
