Job Summary:We are looking for a Telesales Executive for Health Insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, and closing sales over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Explain health insurance policies, benefits, and coverage details.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer details in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in insurance / telesales (Mandatory).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
