About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Loan Department. The Loan Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.), generating leads, and assisting customers through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain loan products.

Generate leads and convert them into loan applications.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer databases.

Counsel customers about loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.

Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Prior experience in telecalling/loan sales/financial services preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Work Schedule

Days: Monday – Saturday (Rotational Off on Sunday)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
