• 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with incoming leads (gym owners, contractors, fitness studios, architects)
• Explain gym rubber flooring products, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable flooring solutions
• Generate qualified leads & close sales over calls
• Maintain customer data and follow-up records
• Coordinate with the sales & installation team for smooth order execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
• Experience in tele sales / inside sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication can also apply
• Ability to handle objections & close deals confidently
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM is a plus
