- Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience in a Telesales/Telemarketing role, specifically within a B2C process.
- Knowledge: Must have knowledge of Ayurvedic Medicine and/or the wellness/herbal products industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language as needed) with a clear, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and convincing abilities.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Ayurveda, Pharmacy) is a plus
