Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive (CCTV & Security Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell CCTV systems, security solutions, and home automation products over calls. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Explain features of CCTV, security systems, and home automation solutions
• Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested clients and close deals
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 0–3 years experience in tele-sales / telecalling (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Experience in electronics/security products will be an advantage
