Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer data using a computer or laptop (CRM, Excel)
• Follow company scripts, processes, and call quality standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
