Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Lead Generation & Calling Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain software features.
- Follow up on leads received through campaigns, ads, or website inquiries.
- Maintain a high call volume and consistent follow-ups.
- 2. Product Explanation Understand the software thoroughly and explain its benefits, pricing, and use cases clearly to customers.
- Answer customer questions and address objections.
- 3. Demo Scheduling Coordinate with the sales team to arrange product demos.
- Share meeting links, reminders, and demo details with clients.
- 4. Sales Conversion Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Provide subscription, pricing, and onboarding details.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- 5. CRM & Documentation Update customer details, lead status, and call notes in the CRM/software.
- Maintain accurate sales records and call logs.
- Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain technical/software products in simple language.
- Good listening skills and objection-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Qualifications-12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–3 years in telesales or software sales (freshers with good communication can apply).
