Telesales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our Loan DSA. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate financial products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans. Your goal is to convert leads into successful loan applications by providing expert guidance and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead Management: Call prospective customers from provided databases to explain various loan products and interest rate benefits.
• Eligibility Assessment: Conduct initial "soft checks" by calculating debt-to-income ratios and checking basic credit criteria.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the customer's financial needs and suggest the best-fit Bank or NBFC from our partner portfolio.
• Documentation: Collect and verify KYC, income documents, and bank statements digitally via WhatsApp or Email.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer and the back-end login team to ensure the file is processed without errors.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a daily report of "Connected Calls," "Interested Leads," and "Files Logged-in" using our CRM/Tracking sheets.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly "Disbursement Targets" to earn high-performance incentives.
