Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inquiries/leads generated via India MART and other online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Handle B2B sales of stainless-steel spare parts across various industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
