Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Utilize Indiamart and Justdial to identify and generate high-quality leads, focusing on students, academic professionals, and businesses in need of educational consulting services.
• Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms, understanding their needs and introducing CDCUBES' consulting services.
• Consultations & Presentations: Conduct phone-based consultations to explain our services, demonstrate value, and answer client inquiries effectively.
• Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through follow-ups, referrals, and research from Indiamart, Justdial, and other sources to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to better understand the services offered and ensure the best fit for client needs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets as set by the management team.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the education and consulting sector, tracking competitor services, and identifying new lead sources, particularly on Indiamart and Justdial.
