Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products.

• Explain loan products and services clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good customer relations and ensure follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in loan sales/telecalling is an advantage.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
