We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries

• Explain company products/services clearly

• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems

• Provide accurate information to customers

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Positive attitude and patience

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

🔹 Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

🔹 Experience:

• 1–2 years in telecalling / customer service / sales

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Incentives
