Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Telecaller to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day. You’ll be responsible for contacting verified leads, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to verified leads provided by the company
• Engage potential clients with a clear, confident, and convincing pitch
• Follow up on interested leads and close deals efficiently
• Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth onboarding of new clients
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly conversion targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [language – e.g., English/Hindi]
• Strong ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM usage, etc.)
