Job Description
- Handle hot leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
- Make around 15 calls per day to interested prospects
- Understand client business needs and objectives
- Clearly explain company services in a simple and professional manner
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule and coordinate online or offline meetings with potential clients
- Follow up with warm leads to move them towards conversion
- Update call status and client details in CRM or lead sheet
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
- Strong listening and client-handling skills
- Good negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Professional and polite phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management tools
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or client coordination
- Experience in service-based industries (Digital Marketing / IT / Services) is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
