Job Description


  • Handle hot leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
  • Make around 15 calls per day to interested prospects
  • Understand client business needs and objectives
  • Clearly explain company services in a simple and professional manner
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
  • Schedule and coordinate online or offline meetings with potential clients
  • Follow up with warm leads to move them towards conversion
  • Update call status and client details in CRM or lead sheet



Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
  • Strong listening and client-handling skills
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling ability
  • Professional and polite phone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or lead management tools
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude



Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or client coordination
  • Experience in service-based industries (Digital Marketing / IT / Services) is a plus
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
