Job Description
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales, or handle inbound calls from interested prospects, using persuasive techniques.
- Contacting new IndiaMART inquiries within the "Golden 10 Minutes" to maintain a competitive first-to-respond advantage.
- Monitoring the Seller Panel and Lead Manager daily to filter, consume, and respond to relevant BuyLeads.
- Accurately log call details, update customer information in CRM software, and process orders.
- Manage existing customer accounts, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Stay updated on products, services, discounts, and market trends.
