Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to contact potential or existing customers by phone to promote and sell products or services. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining offerings clearly, and closing sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services and answer customer questions
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and call scripts
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior telesales or customer service experience .
