Job Description
Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Automobile)
Department: Automobile Sales
Location: Mehrauli , South Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries related to vehicles and offers
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing schemes over calls
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings or showroom visits
- Coordinate with showroom sales and delivery teams
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in tele sales or call center sales
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
