Job Description
Assist customers in selecting clothes based on their needs and preferences
Provide detailed information about products, sizes, fabrics, and prices
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns/exchanges
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build good relationships
Coordinate with sales and billing teams for smooth service
Maintain customer records and feedback
Help in visual merchandising and keeping the showroom organized
Follow up with customers (if required) for feedback or repeat sales
