Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and achieving sales targets through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about products or services.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
