Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer data using a computer or laptop (CRM, Excel)
- Follow company scripts, processes, and call quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
