Telesales Executive

Role OverviewThe Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable courses offered by Edunova Technology. This role requires strong communication skills, basic understanding of technical courses, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend appropriate courses
• Explain course details such as curriculum, duration, fees, and career outcomes
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the training and support team for smooth onboarding
