Job Description: Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview:

Hedwig Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Sales Executives to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers understand and enroll in our insurance policies. You will be the voice of the company, building strong customer relationships, guiding them through their policy options, and ensuring they make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to reach out to potential and existing customers.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Policy Guidance: Educate customers about insurance products, benefits, and terms to help them choose suitable policies.
• Data Management: Utilize company-provided data to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to enroll in insurance policies, addressing their queries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance terms in a clear and simple manner.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Working Hours & Benefits:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off).
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Salary: Based on interview performance (competitive package) + lucrative incentives.
• Location: Subhash Nagar.
