About The Pics Studio

The Pics Studio is a professional product photography and videography studio based in Delhi. We help e-commerce brands, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, and D2C businesses create high-converting product photos and videos for their online stores and marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Call potential clients from the provided leads and databases
• Explain our product photography and videography services
• Understand the client’s requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with warm leads and previous prospects
• Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM or sheets
• Coordinate with the internal team after closing a deal

Requirements

• 0.5–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and brand managers
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp)

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in digital marketing, creative services, or advertising sales
• Experience calling e-commerce brands or business owners

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
• Attractive performance incentives on conversions

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
• Office-based role
