Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Loan Department

Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products to customers over calls, and converting enquiries into successful disbursements while maintaining high service standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound loan enquiries.
• Explain various loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other financial products clearly and accurately.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal processing and credit teams for smooth documentation and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in loans or financial services.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus).
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in NBFC, banking, or loan DSA environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
