Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, converting walk-in and dealer enquiries, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate must understand customer needs, explain product benefits clearly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.


The role requires both field sales + showroom handling + follow-ups.





Key Responsibilities




1. Lead Handling & Conversion



  • Attend walk-in customers and explain product features & pricing
  • Call and follow up on daily enquiries (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, website leads)
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Maintain enquiry register / CRM records daily




2. Dealer & Customer Relationship



  • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and repeat buyers
  • Provide product training and guidance to customers
  • Handle basic objections and negotiation professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business




3. Sales Target Achievement



  • Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
  • Upsell accessories / add-ons / extended products
  • Maintain conversion ratio and reporting




4. Field Work



  • Visit dealers/clients when required
  • Support delivery process and documentation
  • Collect documents & payments when necessary




5. Reporting & Coordination



  • Daily sales reporting to manager
  • Update stock requirements and demand feedback
  • Coordinate with warehouse & accounts team for order processing






Required Skills



  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of sales psychology
  • Comfortable with calling customers
  • Basic Excel / WhatsApp / CRM usage
  • Hindi required, English preferred
  • Confidence in negotiation
