Job Title: B2B Inside Sales & Channel Development Executive – Elevator Kits

Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Director / Sales Head

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive B2B telesales and channel development for our elevator kits while also actively managing B2C sales enquiries through outbound and inbound calling.

This is a dual-role position requiring the candidate to efficiently handle both industry partnerships (B2B) and direct customer conversions (B2C).

  • Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Channel DevelopmentIdentify and connect with elevator companies, contractors, and dealers across target markets.
  • Conduct outbound telesales activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate business opportunities.
  • Pitch elevator kits and build long-term partnerships with industry players.
  • Onboard new channel partners and expand the dealer/distributor network.
  • Maintain consistent engagement with existing partners for repeat business.
  • 2. B2C Sales Calling & Lead Conversion (Core Responsibility)Handle all incoming B2C enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to all leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, site details, and budget.
  • Pitch suitable elevator solutions (especially home elevators) and explain features, pricing, and installation process.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with technical/site teams for surveys and closures.
  • 3. Sales Process & CRM ManagementPrepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Maintain detailed records of all B2B and B2C interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Track leads from enquiry to closure with structured follow-ups.
  • 4. Market IntelligenceGather feedback from both B2B partners and B2C customers.
  • Share insights on pricing trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong telesales and closing skills (both B2B and B2C).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline (technical exposure preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / business development.
  • Experience in handling both B2B and B2C sales calls will be highly preferred.
  • KPIs / Performance MetricsDaily outbound calls (B2B + B2C)
  • B2C lead conversion ratio
