Job OverviewGautam Ayurveda is looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive with experience in Ayurvedic or healthcare product sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding potential customers about Ayurvedic products, converting leads into sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, along with the ability to manage customer interactions through CRM systems.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound telesales calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic products.
  • Explain product benefits, usage, and treatment plans to potential customers.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain and update customer data and interactions in CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to ensure conversions and repeat sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff, doctors, and dispatch teams for order processing and patient support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs set by management.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in Ayurvedic, healthcare, or wellness products.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and customer database management.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, call management systems).
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Ayurvedic clinics, healthcare call centers, or wellness product sales.
  • Good understanding of Ayurvedic treatments and herbal products.
  • Target-driven, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
