Telesales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to veterinary clinics, hospitals and pet retailers to promote Oriheal products
• Explain product features, offers and ordering process clearly and professionally
• Maintain follow-up with leads, clients and distributors to ensure conversion
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Manage CRM entries, call logs and lead status updates regularly
• Handle objections and queries confidently and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Contribute to monthly sales targets through telephonic closures and order generation
