Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, delivery status, returns, and resolve issues efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment, having basic knowledge of India Mart, trade India, front desk help, and medical equipment knowledge.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and offers.

Handle inbound customer queries related to products, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and refunds.

Assist customers in placing orders and navigating the e-commerce platform.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address pending issues.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and policies.

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer support teams.

Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
