Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details in the CRM system
