Job Title: Tender ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders, bids, and proposals in compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role ensures timely submission, accuracy, and coordination with internal teams to maximize bid success.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and monitor tender opportunities from government and private portals
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) for inputs
• Prepare complete tender documentation including technical and commercial bids
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and deadlines
• Manage bid submissions (online/offline) and acknowledgements
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and follow-ups
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and corrigendums
• Track EMDs, bank guarantees, and other statutory documents
• Support negotiations and post-bid activities when required
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of tendering and bidding processes
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and tender portals
• Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in tendering/bidding (industry-dependent)
• Preferred ExperienceExperience with Government e-Procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)
• Exposure to EPC / Infrastructure / IT / Manufacturing tenders (as applicable)
• Reporting ToBusiness Development Manager / Sales Head / Operations Manager
