Description: We are hiring a Tender / GeM Portal Executive to manage and execute government and private tenders through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for electronics products such as power adaptors, networking products, and related accessories. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with tender documentation and online bidding processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end tendering process on GeM and other tender portalsSearch, analyze, and identify relevant tenders for electronics productsPrepare and submit bids, BOQs, and compliance documents within deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and approvalsEnsure timely upload of documents and bid submissions on GeM portalTrack tender status, results, and follow up for orders and contractsMaintain proper records of tenders, bids, and documentationEnsure compliance with government procurement rules and guidelines
