Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders related to ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, PA Systems, etc.) from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement websites
• Study and analyze tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications for ELV projects
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids for ELV tenders within deadlines
• Coordinate with technical team for system design, compliance, and BOQ preparation
• Ensure all eligibility criteria and documentation GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, past ELV project experience etc.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/suppliers for ELV equipment
• Maintain tender database including EMD, submissions, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients for pre-bid meetings and technical clarifications
• Track tender status and manage post-tender processes (LOI, Work Orders, agreements)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and tender requirements
